Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management with a Supply Chain or Operations field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Data Cleansing and Normalization and translation into a resource plan
- 5+ years of experience in Resource planning of large-scale capital projects
- Experience in Power Platform/PowerShell/RPA (robotic process automation, e.g. UiPath, MS Power Automate Desktop).
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders on assumptions, opportunities, and solutions
- Translate business requirement / problem statement into data science models.
- Utilize Statistics/Machine Learning/Optimization technical expertise to carry out different projects across diffident data platforms & domains.
- Partner with our data engineering and technology groups to optimize necessary data flow and needed data transformation to achieve high performance data science products.
- Ensures the quality of work output by displaying keen attention to detail.
- Develop and deploy models, simulation models, and other advanced analytics solutions to enable data-driven decision-making to meet goals.
- Tell a story with data analytics to our stakeholders and present results in a way that both technical and non-technical audiences can understand. Express ideas clearly, concisely in understandable form, both orally and in writing
- Builds equipment production plans required to support customer demand through on-time datacenter delivery.
- Critically reviews new supply scenarios to identify potential incidents/risks and their mitigation; determines if new plans are necessary to support changes in datacenter project schedules and opportunities.
- Analyzes supplier feedback and monitors key performance indicators to improve the customer experience, increase return on investment, and identify new opportunities.
- Serves as the primary contact within planning and acts as a liaison across teams to drive stakeholder and business process alignment.
- Uses status reports, executive business reviews, and storytelling to communicate data findings and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
