Project Role Description :Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Key Responsibilities : Responsible for Internal Email and O365 environment – Creating architectural standards – Instituting solution/testing – Defining solutions – Deal with the Final level of escalation
Technical Experience : – Strong technical experience with SMTP, Exchange / Office 365 – Proofpoint Enterprise Protection Experience with TAP – O365 PowerShell and Graph API experience – Familiarity with Email Authentication services like SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS record usage for email services – Worked with Security Compliance services in O365
Professional Attributes : Ability to work in geographically dispersed teams
Educational Qualification : – College B Tech degree preferred
Additional Information : – Some nights-weekends for changes done off-hours – few off-hours conference calls with colleagues
