What will you do at the Disney Cruise ?

• Represent the values of the product organization (culture, empathy, trust, customer first)
• Support the evolution of our data products
• Support Product Managers and collaborate with the product development team
• Gather product data, including analytics, statistics, and consumer trends to help inform product decisions
• Analyze consumer data and help determine new product artifacts such as epics, features, stories, and/or defects
• Assist product managers in determining improvements to products
• Coordinate findings with the product team and aligning it with business goals
• Develop status reports and help manage risks and issues of your product
• Play a key part in developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels
• Support the prioritization, refinement, and management of the product backlog (product briefs, epics, features, hypothesis statements, stories, etc.)
• Work with scrum masters and agile teams to ensure product artifacts meet the definition of ready and definition of done

• Understand market needs for the use of data and analytics

Qualification required for Disney Cruise ?

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field.

Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.

Must possess unrestricted work authorization.

Current Active Disney cast members must meet Professional Internship transfer guidelines (for Walt Disney World cast members this is no more than four points and one reprimand in the last six months; for Disneyland cast members this is six months of consecutive service and a performance record clear of any disciplinary issues (warnings, suspensions, etc.) for at least six months).
