•Strong communication skills: Process Executives – Voice must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to interact with customers effectively and efficiently.

•Active listening skills: They should be able to listen attentively to customers’ needs, concerns, and questions, and respond appropriately.

•Adaptability: They should be able to adapt to new situations and handle changes effectively.

•Answering incoming calls from customers and providing timely and accurate resolution to their queries or concerns.

•Making outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, or sales purposes.

•Maintaining and updating customer information in the system.

•Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor for resolution.

•Adhering to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.

•Meeting individual and team performance metrics and targets, such as average handle time, first call resolution, customer satisfaction, etc.

•Participating in training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.

•Working collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications- 12th pass/Any Graduate.
