What will you do as a Software Engineer ?

You will be working on the Global Contact Center team with API development supporting Channel Enablement
You will be working on our Global Call Center Technology team, focusing on the communication channels we use to engage with our customers, specifically Chat, Telephony, and SMS. You will lead our upgrades and migration efforts of our back-end APIs used for enabling chat and SMS globally.
You will work with a team of highly skilled ENGINEERS and DESIGNERS as we work towards an improved Customer Experience globally.
Support GCP Migration efforts, API design and development
Support Front-end Portal development to enhance UX
