Roles & Responsibilities
1. Site in Charge
A bachelor’s degree holder in a relevant discipline
Professional qualification in Marketing preferable
Minimum of 12-15 years overall experience
Influencing and negotiating skills
PC and office systems skills
Team Building and Leadership skills Demonstrates passion for operations
Ability to get results working in a multi-cultural environment
2. Terminal Operator
Minimum Educational, Professional and Vocational qualifications required:
Diploma in Engineering/High School.
Knowledge of IMS procedures on Terminal operations.
Certified as mentioned in HTL Competency based training program.
Knowledge of Fire & Safety regulations applicable to Terminal operations.
Working knowledge of computerized systems related to Terminal product movement operations, including SCADA and Terminal Automation.
Effective communication skills.
Valid UAE light vehicle manual driving license
Minimum years of relevant work experience:
At least a minimum of 1 year of Oil Terminal/ Oil Refinery and/or related industries is required.
Level and type of behavioural and functional competencies required;
Effective communication and educational skills.
Comprehensive technical reporting, recording and writing skills
3. AR Officer
Educational Qualification: A university degree in accounting qualification.
System Skills: ERP system exposure, knowledge of MS office
1 to 2 years experience in finance.
4. Fuel Sales Executive
University degree – Additional Marketing qualification is an advantage
Minimum 3 years of Marketing Experience
Knowledge of fleet / Vehicle Management requirements
Knowledge of Business / Industrial companies in UAE
Knowledge of competitor’s strength.
computer skills, negotiation skills, business writing, presentation skills, ime management/ sales management and customer service
5. Senior Specialist Process Safety
Should be an engineer in one of the following disciplines: mechanical, chemical or electrical/Instrumentation. Should also have at least 8 years of experience in Petroleum industry of which at least 5 years of hands-on experience in project
HSE management and PHSERs for major projects.
Must be able to demonstrate good writing and verbal skills using English. Must demonstrate flexibility and use of good negotiation skills to resolve differences in opinion between different groups on HSE matters and to build consensus with the groups for implementing courses of action
Sound knowledge of international HSE codes and standards and best practices pertaining to Health & Safety and Project safety management is a must and knowledge of local (UAE) statutes and practices on Health & Safety would be integral.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required for the job. Knowledge of Office Automation products (MS XL, Word, Project Manager & PowerPoint) is required.
