What will you do as the HR Business Partners?
Engage and manage relationships with a broad and geographically diverse client group including senior management and employees.
Provide general HR leadership and guidance to managers and employees in the areas of performance management, objective setting, coaching, staffing issues, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
Effectively address employee relations issues, partnering with Employee Relations and Legal as needed to conduct investigations
Provide coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution; supporting managers on documenting and communicating performance feedback
Oversee and execute on key year-end processes, including compensation, promotions, talent reviews and performance management.
Partner closely with business leaders and with Rewards and Analytics to manage headcount and staffing budgets on an ongoing basis, as well as working on compensation and headcount projects. Utilize strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
Liaise with other departments within and outside of HR (i.e., Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Legal) as necessary to resolve issues.
Participate in the implementation of Human Resources policies, programs, practices, and processes and communicating so employees and managers clearly understand purpose and expectations.
Qualification required for HR Business Partners?
Bachelor’s degree and 7-10+ years of Human Resources generalist experience
Strong client and commercial focus with outstanding judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, and communication skills. Team player with strong influencing skills and demonstrated ability or aptitude for team leadership and collaboration.
Ability to handle fast-paced, demanding clients
Demonstrated knowledge of compensation and factors that play a key role in comp decision-making processes
Excellent quantitative/analytical skills
Experience with MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Workday is a plus.
Self-starter with commitment to excellence and strong project management skills; precise attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, and to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
