Responsibilities

• Develop a strong high-level knowledge of the breadth of Gaussian’s portfolio and current industry solutions.

• Participate in sales meetings.

• Gather customer needs and understand their business goals.

• Based on Gaussian’s products and existing solutions library, build project solutions to meet customer needs.

• Manage customer’s technical queries and coordinate the resources to respond to the customer, responsible for responding to RFI/RFPs.

• Develop, deliver, and perform presentations, POC demos, proof of concepts, and proposals.

• Should be comfortable speaking to clients regarding their technology needs and making recommendations.

• Provide pre-sales technical support for customers.

• Present our products and solutions to customers, design and execute POC demonstration projects, and form reports.

• Train customers and cooperate with early deployment

• Communicate customer requirements to the product team

• Provide first-line technical response at all stages of the sales cycle

• Responsible for tracking project operation and collecting and analyzing data; responsible for optimizing and improving the solutions.

• Responsible for maintaining a good relationship with the customer operation team

• Engage in and champion the processes for a motivated, balanced, and highly efficient team capable of scaling up at later stages of organizational maturity

• Other duties as may be appropriate and applicable.
