Job description
We are looking for a Site Operations Specialist to join our Digital Experience team.
The Site Operations Specialist, North America, is a key contributor, focused on operational eCommerce excellence in the United States And CanadaThis role is accountable for day-to-day site operations of Salomon.com owning catalog and promotion pricing execution, managing to a site calendar, and proactively building better operational efficiencies.
Roles & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to competently perform each essential duty and responsibility:
• Manage product catalog accuracy through all stages of the product lifecycle – including stock/supply, launch date validation, product data sufficiency (imagery, pricing, copy), and segmentation
• Execute pricing activations as determined by the eCommerce team, such as promotional and end-of-life markdowns.
• Management of regional promotional calendar, alignment with contributors, file management, on-site pricing validation, and communication with key stakeholders
• Collaboratewith the Visual Merchandising Specialist to build and curate bespoke regional collections and/or pages for regional or global campaigns based on Growth, Brand, or other initiatives
• Proactively triage document bugs/issue, and submit tickets – owning issues to resolution with IT Support or other relevant stakeholders
• Participate in feedback sessions that help the Digital Program team build better tools for managing Site Operations and better experiences for Consumers – using real-life examples that are documents and demonstrable
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

• Required Work Experience:0-2 years experience in eCommerce or similar digital field
• Experience using quantitative analysis to improve processes
• Ability to work across departments to meet a common objectives
• Experience working in a multi-region, multi-continent digital environment a plus
• Experience in and/or a passion for the running, outdoor, or snow industries
• IT Skills:Demonstrable experience with eCommerce tools &/or components – Magento, Drupal, SAP PIM, PCM, DAM or similar
• Specific Skills:
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven collaboration and communication skills in a multi-team, multi-country, and multi-continent environment
• Proactive workflow management that meets and exceeds deadlines
• Ability to articulate trade-offs and expectations when managing workflow
• Experience identifying pain points and derive solutions that improve operational efficiency
• Passion to drive growthfor the eCommerce business
• Willingness to work out-side of 9-5 hours to participate in calls, workshops as applicable with our global counterparts based in Annecy, France
• Willingness to travel regionally and/or globally as needed
