What will you do as a Software Engineer ?

• Need to have working experience in system development methodology.
• Ability to utilize a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs.
• Analyze highly complex business requirements and have the ability to write a complex functional system design to meet business requirements.
• Highest level individual contributor as a developer on projects, work with various technology partners and work with Principal Engineers and architects to understand different technology solutions, providing technology recommendations, implementing and support postproduction support.
• Develop new documentation for departmental procedures, training and user guides.
• Assures quality, security, business continuation plan and compliance requirements are met and documented for supported area.

Qualification required for a Software Engineer ?

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• 4 + years of J2EE experience
• 4+ years of technical design experience
• 4+ years of experience with full Software Development Life Cycle using Agile, Iterative and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• 4+ years of technical design experience
• 4+ years of experience with full Software Development Life Cycle using Agile, Iterative and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Must be strong in: J2EE, Spring Boot, Micro Services, Angular, MongoDB, KAFKA, Junit
• Display competency in: Java Script, SOAP, MQ Series, ECLIPSE, Tomcat Application Server, Unix, Gradle, NOSQL
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Should demonstrate analytical, decision-making and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience creating sizing or work estimates
• Exposure to database data modeling
• Experience in using source control tools like GitHub
• Applications knowledge within financial service or payment including Home Equity Lines and Loans, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Retail Loans, Business Loans, Automobile, and Educational Loans is highly desired
• An industry-standard technology certification in Java
• Demonstrated experience within our modern technology stack including Spring Boot, Angular/React, Microservices, Kafka, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Splunk, New Relic, AppDyanamics, Selenium, Cloud Technologies (PCF/Azure), and MongoDB
